The Sixer is Bell’s new heavy-hitting open-face and the replacement for the Super 3. With deep coverage and a full polycarbonate shell, it should offer good protection. The MIPS liner is integrated with Bell’s ‘Float Fit’ system – which allows the cradle to be adjusted both vertically and laterally – for a snugger feel. ‘Sweat Guide’ padding channels perspiration away from your eyes, and google integration looks good, with a four-position peak and a strap gripper at the rear. There’s also a breakaway light/camera mount that clips into one of the 24 vents. The 402g (M) weight is pretty standard for a burly lid.
