While the fleecy inner face traps the warmth you create when pedalling, it's also highly breathable. This result in tights with excellent temperature regulation in cold weather, keeping you warm but not leaving you soaked in sweat when pedalling harder.
Not only warm and breathable, but the tights are also water-resistant via a durable water-repellant (DWR) coating. if you're caught in a sharp rain shower or prolonged drizzle, this will keep you drier and more comfortable.
Altura have also increased the coverage of the reflective panels. Once caught in vehicle headlamps or the glow of streetlamps, these areas illuminate to grab other road users attention and keep you safer. You'll also find a handy stash pocket for small essentials.
