The BeElite Power Band Heavy extends your training options at home, particularly when it comes to strength training, flexibility, core stability, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and rehabilitative workouts. You can use power bands to intensify full-body workouts, abs and lower body exercises, and for stability and balance training.
Power bands are usually colour-coded to identify their level of resistance. The resistance level is the amount of tension the band offers you during an exercise. BeElite offers four different resistance levels: light, light/medium, medium, heavy.
