Multi In-Moulding Technology

From the safety point of view, you'll continue to benefit from Kask's Multi In-Moulding Technology. This sees a durable but lightweight polycarbonate shell fused to the shock-absorbing EPS foam inner. In the event of a crash, this works to dissipate harmful forces that could otherwise cause serious injury. 

The protective foam is also reinforced internally, providing extra strength and ensuring structural integrity should you be unfortunate enough to fall.

WG11 Safety Testing Protocols

The Protone also exceeds stringent WG11 testing protocols. This series of scientific-based protocols focus on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With these safety protocols adhered to, you can be sure this helmet has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike

OctoFit+ Retention System

With the OctoFit+ retention system, you can dial in the fit of your Protone quickly and ensure perfect comfort every time you ride. 

A rubberised dial allows micro-adjustment of the fit while the vertical stabilisers of the previous system have been redesigned to achieve even greater comfort and stability. The secure fit also ensures that in the event of a crash it keeps the helmet in place to afford the very best protection.

Self-adjusting lateral divider

This provides great rider comfort with minimal adjustment required. After putting on the helmet and fastening the chin strap, the divider moves to fit comfortably around the earlobe. The ergonomic design means a great fit for all head shapes and sizes, guaranteeing freedom of movement and excellent ventilation.

Coolmax Padding

When the pressure is being applied at the front of the bunch, training is tough or the temperatures are rising fast, it's the Coolmax® padding that will deal with the inevitable sweat build-up. Quick to wick away sweat and quick to dry, you'll be kept cool and comfortable no matter what.
