As befits a mountain bike shoe engineered for the rowdiest and roughest of Enduro rides, the Enduro MID 2 MTB Shoes are built tough, with a mid-height cut to offer extra coverage over the ankle.
The layered thermo-welded construction gives the shoes a smooth and comfortable fit that also minimises weight. This is reinforced internally to add strength and durability while the thermo-welded TPU zones offer protection from rocks, roots and anything kicked up off the trail.
Michelin X-Fire Sole
The X-Fire Sole brings together the characteristics of two of Michelins most popular MTB tyres. Using a dual-compound design, a soft inner for grip and harder outer edges for enhanced durability and wear-resistance, X-Fire is tuned for grip on all surfaces. An aggressive tread pattern features across the toes for optimal grip on loose pitches while the heel tread provides extra stability as your heel hits the ground.
The cleat area is expanded for quick and intuitive cleat engagement with an extra range of adjustment so you can get the most efficient cleat position for smooth pedalling.
The X-Crossbow design also provides outstanding support alongside shock absorption, offering comfort across the roughest terrain. Inside, the insert offers gradual moulding for pedalling stiffness but enhances comfort when walking.
SLW 3 Closure System
The SLW3, developed by X-Dial, builds and improves upon the previous iterations, making the fit and adjustment of your shoes quicker and easier than ever. It gives micrometric adjustment both to increase foothold and to release pressure. Twist to tighten. Press the side button to release pressure incrementally. All easily done on the go. A single button pull makes it easy to release the laces at the end of your ride too. Quick. Simple, Durable. Precise. A no-fuss and comfortable fit every time.
Cleat Guidance
These MTB shoes are compatible with MTB pedal systems, which use cleats with SPD standard (2-bolt standard), e.g.: Shimano SPD, Time ATAC, CrankBrothers, CrankBrothers Race, Look MTB, Xtreme MTB, Wellgo MTB, Ritchey MT
