The PowerGel Energy Shots with Caffeine are delivered in 5-shot packs, with each pack providing the same amount of carbohydrate as 1 conventional PowerGel®. The Energy Shots, are liquid-filled chewy-gums that are formulated with a C2MAX Dual Source Carb that provide fast-acting carbohydrate that can re-energise you during your most intense workouts.
Each pack also contains 75mg of caffeine which can help to improve concentration and to reduce tiredness.
