Magnesium is needed to activate the cellular function in our body which is essential for energy production in the cells called ATPase. Therefore, if your body is lacking in magnesium you can easily become tiredness and fatigue.
Added B6 also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Plus, the added zinc is involved in the metabolising of macro nutrients for even further energy yielding.

Muscle Function
To ensure proper muscle function Magnesium plays a key role. Muscle contraction occurs when the muscle fibres shorted to create force. Every single contraction of the muscle fibres costs one ATP molecule which is therefore incredibly dependent on magnesium. Without sufficient Magnesium, the muscle fibres remain locked together and the muscle cannot relax, so magnesium is essential for muscle work and recovery as well as preventing cramps.

Electrolyte Balance
Magnesium is one of the integral ions needed to keep your electrolytes in balance. Electrolytes are essential for keeping you hydrated – helping to keep the right amount of fluid inside and outside of the cells.

Directions for Use
