The Underband: The band around the chest should be level front and back. It needs to be comfortable but firm. A good gauge to ensure the underband fits well is if you can fit the width of two fingers between the underband and skin. Any more space means the band is too big and could cause friction.
The Cup Size: This should contain the whole of the breast. There should be no bulging over the top or on the side and should just have minimal cleavage on show.
Shoulder Straps: The straps should be adjusted to fit securely on the shoulders with only a one-inch give. Adjust the straps where possible to ensure a secure but comfortable fit they shouldn’t be too tight.
Do The Bounce Test: Jump up and down, is the bra supportive?
