The Torq Vegan Recovery Drink powder is specially formulated with a rich 3:1 blend of carbohydrates and high-quality protein. This specially adapted ratio of carbohydrates to protein, to be consumed directly after exercise, has been proven to speed up glycogen synthesis – which means your body is able to store carbohydrate more effectively.
Plant-based, the Vegan Recovery is made using Pea Protein which has been shown to be the closest, in terms of quality and functionality, to Whey protein. Pea Protein is fast acting, highly soluble and the most readily absorbed/synthesised form of plant protein. The Pea Protein will therefore provide the amino acids necessary for muscle repair.
Directions for Use
For best results consume the Torq Vegan Recovery Drink within 15 minutes of exercise completion. To mix the drink, simply pour 400ml of Oat Milk into a sports shaker bottle and add 5 level scoops (scoop included) of the powder, and shake thoroughly.
