You can also choose between fantasy worlds such as the virtual world of Watopio. The system lets you explore mountain ranges and ride next to flaming volcanos without you ever having to go outside.
The makers of Zwift worked closely with World Tour coaches to build the most thorough workouts that are suitable for a range of abilities. The training can be completely tailored to your fitness level and the instructions are easy to follow making it easier than ever to train harder and faster so that you can take your performance to the next level. You can also train by yourself or join scheduled group workouts.
One of the greatest features about Zwift is that it lets you cycle with cyclists from all over the world. You can easily choose between hundreds of different events from amateur to professional level.
To get started with Zwift you’ll already need to have:
A bike trainer or roller with ANT+ or BLE power meter/speed and cadence sensor
A PC/Mac computer, or a compatible iOS device such as a smartphone, or an AppleTV
A bridge receiver for the ANT+/BLE signal
